What You’re Buying — In Plain English

When you purchase a Certified fWOWer Shop! logo license, you’re getting the right to use our official certification mark to promote your shop — within the boundaries described below. Here’s exactly what that means.

What You CAN Do

With the Digital License ($29), you may display the logo on:

✓     Your shop’s website

✓     Your social media profiles and posts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

✓     Your email newsletters and email marketing campaigns

✓     Your online directory listings

With the Print License ($49), you may use the logo on:

✓     Printed direct mail and customer newsletters

✓     Print ads in local, regional or trade publications

✓     In-store signage and point-of-sale materials

✓     Business cards, letterhead and brochures

What You CANNOT Do

✗     Give, sell or share the logo files with anyone else

✗     Use the logo for any business other than your own certified fWOWer Shop!

✗     Put the logo on merchandise, apparel, stickers, decals or any physical products (that’s our territory)

✗     Alter, recolor, distort or modify the logo in any way

✗     Use it to imply that another company is endorsed by fWOWers

✗     Use the digital files for print projects or vice versa beyond what’s listed above

You’re Licensing It, Not Owning It

Buying a license means you have permission to use the logo under these rules — not that you own it. The Certified fWOWer Shop! logo remains the exclusive property of Existential Garnish, Inc. at all times.

Your Certification Must Stay Active

This license is only valid as long as you’re an active, certified fWOWer Shop! in good standing. If your certification lapses or is revoked for any reason, your right to use the logo ends immediately — with no refund.

Pricing May Change in the Future

The one-time fee you pay today reflects our current pricing. We reserve the right to change the licensing structure in the future — including moving to a subscription model or adjusting prices.

Use It Proudly — But Use It Well

We ask that you use the logo in a way that reflects well on your shop and the fWOWers brand. We may reach out if we see a use that doesn’t meet our brand standards.
